Spray polyrea Elastomer (SPUA) is a new type of green construction technology developed in recent 10 years. Compared with traditional anticorrosive coatings, polyurea not only has higher impact resistance, elongation and tear strength, but also has excellent chemical resistance, water resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and construction performance. With the acceleration of national key project construction and the rapid development of economy, polyurea material has been widely used in concrete protection engineering, railway transportation, chemical anticorrosion, water conservancy engineering and other fields. Polyurea, like other anticorrosive coatings, is affected by ultraviolet radiation, corrosive medium, alternating wetness and wetness, external damage and other factors, which will cause aging and damage of the coating, resulting in reduced anticorrosive performance of the coating [1]. In this paper, the hydrolytic stability, acid-base resistance, heat resistance and mechanical properties of polyurea coating in different media were studied. The purpose of this paper is to predict the service life of polyurea materials under different corrosion conditions by studying the properties of polyurea materials.
