Application: It is suitable for the production of all kinds of transparent, semi-transparent and highly filling Rigid PVC plastic packing sheet.
Features:
1.This system is composed of five/six-roll calender, multiple-roll lead device and auxiliary cooling machine.
2.This system is suitable for the production of PVC Semi-rigid and Rigid sheet in the thickness of 0.06-1.20mm with the thickness torlerance ≤0.01mm. We also can supply the special system which can pruduce Rigid PVC film in the thickness of only 0.02mm with the thickness torlerance ≤0.003mm.
3.Calender roll adopts independent or combination driving in conjunction with special hard gear reducer; options include preload, anti-curing device and hydraulic axle crossover device.
4.Each drive motor of the calender can be individually regulated or jointly follow-up regulated.
