Black sesame cake
1. Raw slurry part: after 400ml water + 125g horseshoe powder is stirred and dissolved, filter for standby
2. Put the roasted black sesame + 300ml clear water into the mixer and stir. After mixing, filter for standby
3.300ml black sesame juice + 200g white sugar in the pot
4. After the sugar is boiled and dissolved, turn off the fire, add a spoonful of raw pulp and stir in the sugar water. After it thickens, pour the sugar water back into the raw pulp and stir evenly. Mix the black sesame pulp well.
After 5.200ml water + a can of coconut milk + 125g horseshoe powder is stirred and dissolved, it is filtered for standby, and the white pulp is well mixed.
6. Black sesame paste and white paste are mixed.
7. After boiling in the steamer, put it in the steaming basin. Put black sesame slurry on the first layer. After steaming for three minutes and setting, put white slurry into the steamer for three minutes, and so on. Until all horseshoe slurry is steamed, the last layer is black sesame slurry, which is more beautiful.
8. After the black sesame cake is steamed, take it out and let it cool for two hours, then cut it to eat!
