Battery combustion tester

Battery combustion tester is a device that can be applied to the safety test of lithium-ion batteries, which can realize the simulation of the battery in the burning flame jet sizzling under the harsh conditions, to verify the safety performance of the battery.

Functional features

Apply to GB31241-2014 battery test standards, battery combustion jet test;

Using liquefied petroleum gas as fuel, Bunsen burner, can set the flame application time, adjustable flame height;

Strictly in accordance with the specification requirements for the design of the test steel mesh, protection of the aluminum mesh, the position of the burner and the test platform;

Overall box double-layer structure, the setting of the test chamber lighting, explosion-proof port devices, forced Rigorous safety design, double gas leakage alarm device, gas leakage can automatically cut off the gas source immediately;

Selected high-quality electrical components, with local and remote operation switching function;

Optional fire extinguisher module and video monitoring function (video monitoring function requires the customer to provide PoE power supply standard for IEEE802.3af/at switch).
