PanGAP wide gap welded plate heat exchanger
PanGAP wide gap welded plate heat exchangerconsists of a welded plate pack with different channel gap available and a frame to reinforce the strength with various configurations, sizes, and geometries to suit almost any process requirements. It is technologically advanced, compact and efficient with channel gap from 5mm to 24mm. It can also be designed with both sides accessible for easy cleaning by hydro-blasting or water lancing.
Wide gap plate heat exchangeris a specialized type of plate heat exchanger designed with enlarged flow channels to handle fluids containing fibers, solids, or high viscosity. Unlike traditional plate heat exchangers, the wide gap structure minimizes clogging and enables efficient heat transfer even under challenging process conditions.
This makes the wide gap plate heat exchanger particularly suitable for industries that require reliable performance with contaminated or particle-loaded media.
In vegetable oil refinery process, PanGAP is used to handle the product with high viscosity which minimize the fouling and facilities maintenance.
