Fabric Down-Proof Impact Tester
The Fabric Down-Proof Impact Tester uses a controlled impact method to evaluate the anti-drilling performance of down-containing fabrics. The instrument simulates real-world compression shocks on sample bags filled with feathers or feather blends, providing quantitative data on fabric down retention and durability. It is widely used in quality control for down jackets, duvets, and other feather-filled products, ensuring compliance with industry standards for down-proof performance.

Feature
(1) Firm and stable steel frame structure ensures durability.
(2) Impact system with two plates: a fixed plate with one impact pin and a movable plate with three pins.
(3) Lower impact plate has three fixed impactors at 120° spacing; pins are 80mm long, 15mm diameter, rounded tip.
(4) Movable plate impact frequency controlled at 35 times/min via crank joystick mechanism.
(5) LED display with preset counter and automatic stop function after set impacts.
(6) Adjustable number of impacts from 1 to 99,999 for flexible testing cycles.
