The Mattress Rollator is a laboratory durability testing system designed to evaluate the long-term structural stability, height retention, and hardness consistency of mattresses under repeated rolling load conditions. The system uses a 240 lb hexagonal roller to simulate human body movement and load distribution during extended mattress use, representing approximately ten years of service life. The tester is suitable for mattresses ranging from single size to king-size configurations and supports automated durability testing in accordance with recognized international standards.
