Features
Uses hardened steel conical stylus with polished tip (R0.25 mm ±0.02 mm) for precise scratch application.
Scratch tests performed at 20 mm/s ±5 mm/s in planes perpendicular to the conductor edge.
Stylus applies consistent load of 10 N ±0.5 N along its axis.
Scratch spacing ≥5 mm between lines and ≥5 mm from sample edges to ensure uniform results.
PLC + touchscreen control system for stable operation and easy parameter setup.
Rotatable worktable enables scratch testing in both longitudinal and transverse directions.
Adjustable speed, angle, length, and spacing allow compliance with multiple standard requirements.
