The Minimum Ignition Temperature Tester is a way of testing the sensitivity of the ignition that the dust cloud is in the heated environment. When a lot of dust is exposed in heating the air and the air temperature is high enough, it may lead to spontaneous combustion. This method can test the minimum ignition temperature of combustible dust cloud.

Feature
High-precision control: By precisely controlling the sample environment and isolating external heat exchange, the instrument simulates temperature changes under extreme storage or transportation conditions, thereby accelerating the exothermic or endothermic reaction processes within the sample.
Multiple test modes: Suitable for different types of flammable liquids, gases, and solids, enabling the assessment of the potential hazards of these substances.
Fast measurement: Very short test times can be achieved through active temperature control consisting of ceramic heating elements and automatic air cooling.
Data recording and analysis: The instrument can monitor and record key parameters such as temperature, pressure, and heat release during the reaction process in real time, providing important safety assessment data for the research, development, production, storage, and transportation of chemicals.
