The GB/T 17650 Halogen Acid Gas Release Test Apparatus for Electric Cables is designed to determine the amount of halogen acid gases released from electric cables when exposed to high-temperature thermal radiation. By heating cable specimens in a tube furnace under controlled conditions, the apparatus measures total halogen acid gas volume, pH value, and electrical conductivity of combustion gases.
