SCRAPED HEAT EXCHANGER
The scraped surface exchangersis a heat exchanger that uses the scraper to stir the liquid material and clean the heat transfer surface to speed up the heat transfer efficiency. The scraper heat exchanger is not only suitable for low viscosity liquid material, but especially suitable for fast heat transfer of high viscosity or granular liquid material. Due to the large viscosity or slow flow of high viscosity feed liquid, in ultra-high temperature sterilization treatment, the heat transfer surface of general heat exchanger is easy to generate coking film, and scraped surface heat exchanger is the most suitable. Before the mechanical design of the scraper heat exchanger, the physical properties of the feed liquid, the flow pattern of the feed liquid in the heat exchanger, and the characteristics of heat transfer must be studied, and the heat transfer coefficient, average temperature difference, and fluid resistance must be calculated. Only by obtaining the design parameters necessary for structural design can the production process be continuous and the treatment process meet the requirements.
