Filter material manufacture: filter press cloth is an important filter medium of filter press. For optimal filtering effect, in 2013, Jingjin gradually introduced 180 German DORNIER rigid heavy rapier looms with a complete set of filter cloth production line and technology. Jingjin choose high - grade fiber - grade polypropylene raw materials, and then FDY high power production equipment is used for wire drawing and double twisting; yarn warping is done by German Karl Mayer equipment.
Under the constant temperature and humidity environment controlled by Swiss Luwa system, the loom can weave the thinnest silk threads into filter cloth of high density and different hole patterns by using 0.3-3.5 tons beating-up force after each weft across warp, with error less than 1% in air perm per square meter of filter cloth (only Jingjin filter cloth’s density, hole diameter, hole shape is woven), which completely changed the process that the density of filter cloth is compensated by calendaring in the industry.
