Mobile Robot Controllers
Mobile Robot Controllers
SRC-2000-F(S)
This product is dedicated to the general laser SLAM navigation controller in the field of smart forklifts. It supports the single steering wheel chassis model, and can build all kinds of smart forklift robots, such as moving truck, stacking truck, balancing weight, three-way fork, etc. This product supports many mainstream forklift drivers from Curtis and Zapi, realizing the movement of all kinds of linear mechanisms such as up and down, front and back, left and right, and rotation of the fork. Linear motor motion control can support script programming.
2m/s Speed, Forklift-Specific
Higher efficiency of robot operation, speed up to 2m/s. It integrates all kinds of special functions of forklift, such as single steering wheel model, fork pickup load and release unload cargo, pallet recognition, variable wheelbase model, 3D obstacle detection, AI QR code recognition, single garage space management, storage area warehouse pick and place, etc. A large number plenty of parts adaptations and free model selection, enabling fast rapidly building AMR and fast delivery, free selection and worry-free building AMR.
New Calibration Technology, Intelligent and Easy to Use
The new calibration technology supports the calibration of all single steering-wheel forklifts, which can auto-check unqualified calibration results to improve the calibration efficiency. It also supports calibration for zero position of steering angle when forklift is working.
±2mm High Precision, Accurate and Stable
Support natural feature navigation and laser reflector navigation with accuracy up to ±2mm. Stable operation in highly dymanic environment. Optimized skidding detection and solving strategy to avoid robots navigation accuracy degradation.
Double Computing Power, Comprehensive Upgrade
Whith upgraded RoboKit framework and hardware acceleration, it supports embedded APP development which enables stable and complex functionality and robust operation in various user cases.
Automatic Route Optimization, Smooth and Efficient
Supports automatic batch optimization for routes, making robots movement more consistent and smooth.
Complete Certification
CE-EMC certified, CE-LVD certified.
