The housing assembly is made of thick section steel plate to provide enough weight. The wire line is kept taut when hoisting or lowering the unloaded block.
The sheave frooves are hardened by medium frequency induction to provide extended serice life.
Equipment with double-row conical roler bearings and each bearing is individually lubricated.
