IS single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump Features:
1, IS type and size based on performance to ISO2858 international standard design, mainly by the pump, pump cover, impeller, shaft seal rings, bushings and suspension bearings and other components missing.
2, IS-type pump and pump cover part of the back office split from the impeller, that is commonly referred to as post-formal open structures. The advantage is easy maintenance, repair does not move when the pump, suction line, discharge line and the motor, just remove the spacer coupling intermediate coupling member, you can exit the rotor parts repair.

If not pump impeller balance holes, due to the back of the impeller fluid pressure greater than atmospheric pressure, so there is no leakage problems, it is time to install packing rings.
6, to avoid shaft wear, the shaft through the packing chamber parts fitted sleeve protection. There are O-ring seal between the quasi sleeve and the shaft, to prevent mating surfaces along the inlet or leaking.
7, pump drive way is by lengthening the flexible coupling and motor coupled to the rotation direction of the pump from the drive end, clockwise rotation.
