Tobee® 3x2D-HH High Head Slurry Pump Wear Spares and Partsincluding DH2147 Impeller, DH2110 Volute Liner, DH2083 Throatbush, DH2041 Frame Plate Liner Insert.

Slurry Pump Spare Parts namely the pump parts have direct connection with slurries, They are very crucial to the service life of slurry pumps. The wetted parts include impeller, liner, throatbush, frame plate liner insert, casing etc., These parts are very easily worn-out components because they work under longtime impact of abrasive and corrosive slurries in the high speed. For the long service life of pump parts, the material plays an important role here.

3x2D-HH Slurry Pump Main parts:

•Bearing assembly DAM005M- A large diameter shaft with short overhang minimizes deflection and contributes to long bearing life. Only four through bolts are required to hold the cartridge type housing in the frame.
• Liners- Easily replaceable liners are bolted, not glued, to the casing for positive attachment and ease of maintenance. Hard metal liners are completely interchangeable with pressure molded elastomers.
•Volute Liner DH2110- Casing halves of cast or ductile iron with external reinforcing ribs provide high operating pressure capabilities and an extra measure of safety.
•Impeller DH2147- Front and rear shrouds have pump out vanes that reduce recirculation and seal contamination. Hard metal and molded elastomer impellers are complete interchangeable. Cast in impeller threads require no inserts or nuts. High efficiency and high head designs are also available.
•Throat bush DH2083- Wear is reduced and maintenance simplified by the use of tapered mating faces to allow positive accurate alignment during assembly and simple removal.
•Frame Plate Liner Insert DH2041- Frame plate liner insert forms a pump chamber with throat bush and volute liner where the slurry would flow through them.

Tobee HH High Head Slurry Pumps are end-suction, split-case, centrifugal slurry pumps, Extensive exterior ribbing allows for higher head and higher pressure pumping system, and bulked up wetted end parts can handle the toughest applications, Commonly used for long distance transport lines, The HH pumps can often satisfy working condition with a single pump where others require multiple pumps in series.
