For the Bi-metal bandsaw blades,the teeth are welded using cobalt-alloy with hardness reaching HRC69-70.M51 Tooth and Substrate jointing by laser after separately special spring steel heat treatment.Tooth's rigidity and Substrate's intension exert their use to the extreme.This saw is suitable for cutting Heat-resisting alloyLow-carbon steeMedium carbon steel,High-carbon steel and Non-ferrous metal.Which results in cost saving and improves cutting efficiency.
