Zirconia ceramic ball – zirconia polishing ball
Introduction:
Innova ZR-320 Ceramic Beads provides a higher wear resistance than porcelian media RP, which can be used as a cost-effective ultra-fine grinding media in mineral processing industry and polishing media and surface finishing industry.
Because of non metal charateristic it will not rusting. Besides, it will not give soft metal dent as stainless steel ball media.
The zirconia ball media is widely used in zink/zamak/aluminum polishing
Application:
- 2.Non-metallic minerals like Calcium Carbonate, kaolin clay, zirconium silicate, TiO2and other minerals; 3. White pigments, coatings, paints, inks etc; 4. Recommend to be used in stirred mill and ball mill.
