Description:
We offer coating solutions of diamond powder for customers. Usually we have electroplating coated and chemical coated diamond powder, and we do Ni-coated, Ti-coated and Cu-coated. Performance of these coated diamond powder will be dramatically improved after coating.
l Surface roughness of the diamond powder will be improved after coating, and bonding strength will be improved accordingly.
l The coating layer protects the diamond powder by reducing thermal impact during sintering, and protect the diamond powder from oxidizing or graphitizing
l Heating dissipation capability will be dramatically improved after being coated, service life of the diamond powder will be increased.
Application:
l Nickle coated diamond powder is recommended for resin bond tools specially for wet cutting, grinding or polishing use.
l Copper coated diamond powder is recommended for resin bond tools specially for dry use.
l Titanium coated diamond powder is recommended for metal bond diamond tools making.
l Nickle-Titanium composite coated diamond powder is recommend for resin bond diamond tools making.
