C & Z PURLIN ROLL FORMING MACHINE

C or Z Shape Purlin Roll Forming Machinecan produce many sizes of C & Z shape purlin. The C&Z Purlin roll forming machinehas excellent bending resistance and is easy to install. The roller set is very easy to operate, setting the width and height of the contour on the PLC control cabinet, and set the length, punching distance and number on the PLC, the machine will automatically generate a C or Z profile using the setup parameters. The production process selects the automatic control method, the operator can change the parameters by PLC control system for cutting length, the longitudinal pitch of holes, quantity and so on to carry on the automatic punch holes, cutting and roll forming.
It can be used as the main force structure of large and medium-sized industrial and civil buildings, such as roofing load-bearing load and wall support of factory buildings, warehouses, garages, hangars, exhibition halls, theaters, stadiums, and market sheds.
