C & Z PURLIN ROLL FORMING MACHINE
C and Z purlins are high-efficiency economical profiles. Due to the reasonable cross-sectional shape, they enable steel to perform at a higher level and improve the ability to undertake cutting. Unlike ordinary I-shaped, the Wing of H-beam is widened, and the inner and outer surfaces are usually parallel, which makes it easy to connect with high-strength screws and other components. Its size constitutes a reasonable series, the model is complete, easy to design and use.
C or Z Shape Purlin Roll Forming Machinecan produce many sizes of C & Z shape purlin. The C&Z Purlin roll forming machinehas excellent bending resistance and is easy to install. They are widely used as roof and wall supports for large and medium-sized buildings such as factories, warehouses, garages, exhibition centers, cinemas, theaters, and gardens. The roller set is very easy to operate, setting the width and height of the contour on the PLC control cabinet, and set the length, punching distance and number on the PLC, the machine will automatically generate a C or Z profile using the setup parameters. The production process selects the automatic control method, the operator can change the parameters by PLC control system for cutting length, the longitudinal pitch of holes, quantity and so on to carry on the automatic punch holes, cutting and roll forming.
It can be used as the main force structure of large and medium-sized industrial and civil buildings, such as roofing load-bearing load and wall support of factory buildings, warehouses, garages, hangars, exhibition halls, theaters, stadiums, and market sheds.
