YRT turntable bearings
YRT turntable bearing is a rotary mechanism with outer ring rotation and inner ring support. It is mainly divided into three series: YRT type, YRTS type and YRTM type. These three series bearings have the same mounting size, different internal structure and similar performance. YRT series bearings are composed of three rows of rollers, two rows of axial rollers to ensure stable axial bearing capacity, one row of radial rollers to ensure that the bearing can withstand radial force and overturning moment action, suitable for axial bearing rotary mechanism. YRT series turntable bearing, using a set of radial roller, two groups of thrust roller cage full components of composite structure design, an outer ring, an l-shaped inner ring and the inner ring, inner and outer ring with mounting holes, and before delivery or addition of pre-load, not only simplify the structure of the components, more reduced the workload of installation, reducing the high requirements for installation. Therefore, YRT series turntable bearings are most suitable for low-speed and short-time operating occasions with high precision, high rigidity and joint load requirements, such as the division table and rotary milling head. YRT standard series, YRTS high-speed series and ZKLDE thrust angular contact ball series all have high rotation accuracy, can bear radial load, two-way axial load and overturning moment, suitable for high-precision can bear joint load occasions, such as rotary table, splitting head, direct drive motor, rotary milling head, measuring equipment and so on.
