Total Triiodothyronine (TT3) Test Kit (Dry Fluorescence Immunoassay)
This TT3 test kitis used for the quantitative determination of total triiodothyrine (TT3) in human serum, plasma or whole blood in vitro.
TT3 is the main bioactive thyroid hormone. The majority of serum TT3 (99.5%) is bound to specific proteins in plasma, and only a few (0.5%) were free. The change of serum TT3 concentration indicates abnormal thyroid function. The change of serum TT3 concentration is often parallel to that of TT4, but sometimes there are differences, such as T4 hyperthyroidism, TT3 is normal. Therefore, TT3 and TT4 values are often measured simultaneously in clinical practice.
Testing Principle of Total Triiodothyronine (TT3) Test Kit (Dry Fluorescence Immunoassay)
This TT3 TSH Test kit is used for the quantitative determination of TT3 concentration in human serum, plasma or whole blood by fluorescence immunoassay competition method.
The TT3 antigen in the dissociated sample binds to a fluorescent microsphere labeled mouse anti-human TT3 monoclonal antibody on the binding pad to form a reaction complex.
The reaction complex moves forward along the nitrate cellulose membrane by chromatography and is not captured by the TT3 antigen precoated on the test area (T) of the nitrate cellulose membrane, while the excess labeled antibody is captured by the goat anti-mouse IgG polyclonal antibody coated on the NC membrane in the quality control area (C).
After the reaction is completed, the fluorescence intensity of the T line and C line is detected by fluorescence immunoassay quantitative analyzer, and the concentration of TT3 in the sample is calculated.
