Therefore, it is very fast to apply (merely 15 mins).◆ Bone fracture reduction can be achieved by different screw thread pitch between proximal and distal end. The proximal thread pitch is small and the distal thread pitch is big, resulting in compression when screw in. Fixation mechanism:◆ Nail threads for screwing in.◆ Compression by different thread pitch of proximal and distal end.◆ Limited contact in bone canal by thread.◆ Proximal blade cuts in proximal bone. Distal blade splits for anti-rotation.
