这款应力仪用于PET粗加工产品的品控质量管理。适用于检查塑料瓶坯的结晶和其它缺陷.
PET塑料瓶坯专用偏光应力仪的显著特点：
当瓶坯置于应力仪中0度或90度角时，亦可观测到黑色双折射条纹；
这个阶段考虑到观察时粗加工产品的自转情况。除了白光，钠光也被用来测试上色的坯或完整瓶。
- 使用PET瓶坯专用偏光应力仪（PSV-801）除了能检测各种颜色的瓶坯外，还提供12种分析缺陷功能，可针对瓶坯在生产过程中出现的各种状况进行分析，并提供解决方法。（随机将附带12种彩色的有缺陷的对比图片，以便更好的对PET瓶坯进行分析。）
