光谱共焦位移传感器
光谱共焦位移传感器可以实现对距离、 透明物体厚度和三维物体形貌等的精密测量。该仪器测量精度高，体积小，操作简单，携带方便。广泛应用于半导体、光伏、电子组件、汽车、玻璃面板、物流、食品等领域。
光谱共焦位移传感器主要由测量头、控制器、光纤组成。利用特定的彩色编码镜头使白光产生轴向色散，被测工件反射信号，经过光谱仪解析共焦光波信号，最后通过波长与位移转换曲线计算出工件位移测量值。
设备特点如下：
1、稳定性好；
2、适用多种形貌特征测量；
3、设备轻巧，便于携带或易于集成自动化测量应用；
4、操作简单，测量精度高；
光谱共焦位移传感器技术参数如下：
1）测量范围：±3mm（位移） 0.5-2mm（玻璃厚度）
2）工作距离：55mm
3）光斑大小：10μm（量程中心位置理论光斑直径）；
4）线性度：±1μm（校准后满量程测量时最大误差值）
5）分辨率：0.05μm（测量中心零点平均10噪声大小程度）；
6）最大倾角：±10°（对于漫反射工件最大倾斜角度可以达到 80°）；
7）测头尺寸：Φ33*75mm；
8）测头重量：150g
