Bulk Density Tester
bulk density tester is designed and developed by our company according to the "National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB-T6286-1986" molecular sieve bulk density determination method. It is suitable for the bulk density, loose density and tap density determination of granular materials such as granular catalysts and molecular sieves, and powdered materials.
Main functions
This instrument uses LCD display and is easy to operate using Chinese menu prompts. The set parameters have power-off memory function and can be stored. This instrument has three working modes: static feeding, vibration feeding, and tapping, which meet the different requirements of different customers of scientific research and production units of catalysts, molecular sieves, granular materials, and powdered materials.
In the traditional measurement of bulk density and tapped density feeding link, the feeding speed varies from person to person, resulting in unstable data. This instrument has an original electromagnetic automatic feeding function to avoid manual loading errors. During the feeding and tapping process, the motor transmission device can drive the measuring container to rotate, so that the sample is always in a horizontal and uniform state in the measuring container, making the test results more stable.
Working mode:
Static feeding: The sample is fed by the funnel and added to the measuring container in a loose and uniform manner at a uniform speed.
Vibration feeding: The sample is added to the measuring container in a loose and uniform manner and vibrated at the same time, and the loading and vibration are carried out simultaneously.
Vibration: Change the sample in the cylinder from a loose state to a state where a small sample fills the gap between large samples, so that the overall volume of the sample is minimized and the density is maximized

Feeding speed: 1-9 speed level selection
Vibration frequency: 1 - 5 Hz
Vibration amplitude: 1 -2 mm (adjusted by mechanical amplitude adjustment knob)
Number of vibrations: 1 - 9999 times can be set arbitrarily
Measurement container: fixed mass method (optional 100ml 300ml glass measuring cylinder);
Fixed volume method (optional 100ml 300ml stainless steel combined measuring cylinder parts)
Sieving frequency: 1-9 Hz
