Foam Indentation Fatigue Testing Machine
Purpose:
This machine is used to measure the indentation hardness of porous elastic materials. The polyurethane foam sample can be tested according to the national standard, and the compressive hardness of sponge, foam and other materials can be accurately measured. In addition, it can also be used to measure the specified compression hardness of the seat foam (such as backrest, seat cushion foam, etc.), and accurately measure the compression hardness of each foam part of the seat.
How it Works:
The sponge foam compression stress test puts the sample between the upper and lower pressure disks, and when the upper pressure disks compress the sample of A certain size down to the concave degree specified by the A method (B method, C method) required by the national standard at the specified speed, the load element on the load cell will feedback the induced pressure to the controller for processing and display, so as to measure the collapsibility hardness of the sponge, foam and other samples.
Functional characteristics:
1. Automatic zero clearing: After receiving the test start instruction, the system automatically clears zero.
2. automatic return: after the sample is broken, it will automatically return to the initial position.
3. change the speed: The machine can change the test speed arbitrarily according to different samples.
4. indicating value verification: the system can achieve the accurate calibration of force value.
