Feature

9.Load capacity should be able to ensure the test current approaches 3A can still ensure the test to continue testing. Also apply to spray test and hammering test load requirement

Fire Resistance:

1.Thetube-type gas burner with a burner facelength of 610 mm, which produces a line of closely spaced flames using propane with a forced air supply.

2.Installation and testing of the cable ladder fastened to the supporting steel chassis; the testing process can be adjusted on both sides of the vertical component testing ladder depending on cable size requirements (test stand length: 1200mm, height: 60mm, total weight: 18 ± 1kg)

3.Metal ring inside diameter is about: 150 mm.

4.With a temperature measuring device (diameter less than 2mm K-type thermocouple, from the flame ports 75mm).

5.The front end of the burner shall be no less than 200mm from the bottom and no less than 500mm from the wall.

6.According to the test grade, the flame temperature is adjustable: 600 ~ 1000℃

7.The horizontal distance between the center of the burner test cable 40-60MM, the vertical axis from the longitudinal axis of the specimen cable burner 100-120MM

8.Provide standards of five inner diameter of about 150 mm from metal rings, metal ring distance can be freely adjusted to facilitate sample fixed hold.

9.Stainless steel sample tray, load 30kg

Mechanical shock:

1. Stainless steel bracket impact structure;

2. Shock bar 25 mm in diameter and 600 mm long.

3. Once every 30S the bar drops under its own weight from an angle of 60° to the horizontal to strike the top of the wall at its midpoint .

4. Motor driven the shock bar periodicity.

5. Strike cycle (time): 10～999S(can be set freely，standard require 30 ± 2S / time;)

6. Total test time: 0 ~ 9999S

7. The ribbon-type propane gas burner with a nominal burner face length of 500 mm with a Venturi mixer (a centre-feed burner is recommended) and a nominal burner face width of 10 mm with three staggered rows of drilled holes, nominally 1.32 mm in diameter and drilled at 3.2 mm centres. (Shared with Fire Resistance part)

8. Test temperature of 600 ~ 1000 ℃ can be set freely.

9. Thermocouple diameter is less than ¢ 2mm. (Shared with Fire Resistance part)

10. Each phase of cable through 0.25A of current test.

Water spray:

1.The ribbon-type propane gas burner with a nominal burner face length of 500 mm with a Venturi mixer (a centre-feed burner is recommended) and a nominal burner face width of 10 mm with three staggered rows of drilled holes, nominally 1.32 mm in diameter and drilled at 3.2 mm centres..

2.Test temperature of 600 ~ 1000℃ can be set freely.(standard require 650 ±40 ℃).

3.With a diameter of not more than ¢ 2 of the thermocouple.

4.Supplying water at an approximately constant supply pressure sufficient 250 ~ 350Kpa to give a rate of water application in the vicinity of the cable sample between 0.25 L/m2/s and 0.30 L/m2/s.

5.The sample to be tested shall be a piece of the completed cable at least 1500 mm long, with approximately 100 mm of the sheath and outer covering removed from each end.

6.Test cable when powered by an isolation transformer, and is connected to the 3A fuse or circuit breaker, as well as each phase of the cable off lights indication.
