Details About BioHub® Sealer
BioHub® Aseptic tube sealeris a fully automated process device designed specifically for sterile disconnection of TPE lines. BioHub® sterile tube sealercan be used to disconnect disposable components used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes, maintaining product sterility even in non-sterile environments.
The BioHub® Sealer can be placed either suspended or flat, depending on service requirements. The product uses a 5-inch touch screen, real-time display tube sealing status, system temperature, etc. When using it, you only need to follow the instructions of the pipeline to be sealed and the display. You can easily track and monitor every step of the sealing process.
The BioHub® Sealer seals empty and liquid pipes up to 20mm wide with a clear cut guide line in the middle of the seal to ensure accurate disconnection. To facilitate quality traceability, BioHub® Sealer provides data integrity with comprehensive audit trails, data management, data export and other related functions. At the same time, the sealing parameters are strictly tested and verified to ensure a continuous and stable sterile disconnect.
Features of BioHub SC Sealer
- It can cover OD1/4 "~OD1", and meet the common pipe diameter in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Capable of sealing C-Flex® 374 and AdvantaFlex™ TPE pipes and customizing sealing technology of other brands.
- The operation length of the pipeline should be shorter than 17cm, which greatly improves the user's experience.
