Standard PTFE Coated Glass Fabrics
Mutiflon has advanced welding machines and 15 years' experience in customizing high-quality high temp fabric worldwide, including the ptfe coated fiberglass fabric.
Standard PTFE coated glass fabrics contain a higher level of PTFE coating which makes it a more durable, superor smooth suface, quicker release, chemical resistant and low friction coefficient. lt's soft, wear-resist and tear-resistant, has good color, has excellent waterproof, breathable and windproof effects, long duraility, and the surface of the fabric is treated with water repellent.
The main property of standard ptfe coated glass fiberis a glossy surface which will help to create a smoth surface of the finished product after heat pressing.
Typical appications of standard PTFE coated fiberglass fabrics include a release sheet for the laminatig process, a protective sheet for hot sealng, a nonstick sheet for cooking and baking and where need very quick release under high temperature.
