Crusher is an important equipment for the coal handling system which crushes the coal into a specified particle size to meet the combustion requirement of the boiler.

Different models of crusher have different working principle. Taking ring hammer crusher as an example, hammer crusher mainly is dependent on the impact energy to crush material. When Hammer crusher works, the motor drives the rotor with high-speed rotation, the material evenly is sent into the crusher, impacted by high-speed rotation of the hammer, sheared up to the material was broken, while by gravity of the material , it shall be from High-speed rotating hammer head rushed to the body of the body baffle, screen bar, in the lower part of the rotor, it is equipped with sieve plate in order to crush particles which is smaller than the size of the mesh size through the sieve plate discharge, the one which is larger than the sieve size of the material are still retained in the sieve to continue to be hammered and grinding.
