Luoyang SBI Special Bearing Co,. Ltd. founded in 1989,which specialize in producing non-standard bearing. Mainly manufacture special bearing such as: Slewing bearings, Thrust bearings, Full complement roller bearings, Oversize bearings.
Over 90% bearing products sales to Europe & the US, Our company has more than 200 employees, including 46 bearing professional technicians, more than 600 new bearing items can be completed each year. We can produce all kinds of bearings which inner diameter from 10mm to 4500mm. Including 4 self-dominated intellectual property rights, The Multi-Stage bearings supply achieves 90% market share in China.
Our company has 30000 square meters bearings production base and hold large and mini type two bearings production lines. Our technical department adopt advanced system of CAD,UG,PDM, which can effectively finish assembly designs of bearing new product within 3 hours. It only needs 50 days from design to delivery of the bearing product. More than 50 types of bearing new products can be finished averaging each month.
We have finished ISO 9001-2000 quality system certification, and has added many quality control means to ensure achieving topmost bearing quality control level, Some bearing products already achieved European the quality specification.
