胎面硫化机
介绍：
1、本机为全自动控制，具有自动补压、自动排气、自动开模具等功能；排气次数、排气时间、排气距离任意调整；自动补压功能，可以补偿硫化期间的压力下降；在断电的情况下，可以打开机手动控制装置。2、主机配备同步机构，确保热板平衡上升，运行平稳，压力均匀。
3、单位面积压力大，确保胎面密实度。
4、控制面板采用PLC触摸屏自动控制，可根据需要修改并锁定工艺参数，确保制品质量，生产、成型自动控制。5、进出模具由液压缸推动，方便快捷。
6、配有自动报警系统，安全可靠
7、可根据用户要求设计不同参数的硫化机，结构形式有：侧板式、框架式、鄂式。
