Application:
Series JZS waste engine oil purifier is mainly for regenerating the waste black engine oil. JZS has the functions of dewatering, degassing, decolor. Improving the engine oil’s properties, restoring the oil’s performance and lowering wear to ensure the engine can work normally and safely, prolonging the engine and engine oil lifetime.
This machine can separate water, gas, particles, deeply oxides, free carbon, colloid, asphalt and wax from unqualified engine oil effectively. To make black engine oil become transparent into golden color.
Main Features:
1. To eliminate oil-ion’s charge polarity, collecting oil-ions and separating out them, removing colloid, asphalt and other chemical compounds by adding special chemicals.
2. Gas treatment system combined with air filter and vacuum degassing, dewatering to remove the odor and water.
3. Two filtering units can realize continuous production, closed type filtering system made of stainless steel mesh, reliable, no pollution.
4. Vacuum degassing, dewatering, removing particles, to make sure improving oil properties, restoring oil performance effectively.
5. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption.
6. Reasonable layout, compact structure, small space applied, large output.
7. Imported Germany electric parts such as SIEMENS and SCHNEIDER.
8. It is good performance, safe and reliable.
