CK6130 小型高精度数控车床
CK6130 Small High-Precision Lathe Machine is a small high-precision, excellent-performance equipment, applies to the efficient mass production of high precision complex parts of the mechanical instruments, electronic medical equipment, aviation and other industries.
The spindle makes use of angular contact thrust ball bearings, so that can greatly increase machine’s accuracy and operating life.
We adopt high precision ball screw so that the machine can achieve a good dynamic performance and position precisely.
Mid-screw set in the structure is more reasonable to improve the machining accuracy.
Full protection of the machine guide way extends the service life of the machine.
Plastic-surface guide way can improve the productivity and strengthen the abrasion resistance of the machine.
Compared to other similar products, it is better in safety, water-repellency and dustproof property because of its fully enclosed protective structure and integrated bed foot.
We can provide collet chuck, three claw chuck, hydraulic chuck and hydraulic tail stock at user's request.
