High Speed Automatic Stainless Steel Coil&Sheet Polishing Line
TX provides the turnkey project for the stainless steel coil and plate polishing/grinding line, that can include the components below:
–Decoiler
–Peeler
–Pinch roller
–Straightener / flattener
–Crop shear
–Roller conveyor
–Grinding head(NO. 4, Hairline, SB)
–Washing and drying unit
–PVC film coating machine(in-line and off-line)
–Alignment device
–Recoiler
–Belt wrapper
–Roller table for sheet in-line and off-line conveying, and feeding in and out of grinders
–Water filtration system(for wet type grinding)
The line is designed for grinding the strips with width 1650 mm max and thickness 4.0mm max, for grinding plate up to 6mm. The finishes to be achieved including No. 4, HL, SB and etc.
Advanced HMI control panel for control of both coil polishing and sheet polishing.
The type, number and grit of abrasive belt is decided according to condition of raw material and the finish to be obtained. By working with top producers, TX can provide the first class grinding oil and abrasive belt.
The sophisticated steering system can ensure the straight winding. The advance the tension control system results in the smooth running and uniform high quality finish.
