Walking Beam Induction Heating Furnace of Hot Rolling Mill Production Line
The matched heating furnace in our company is such a continuous system heating from billet to the rolling.
According to differentiate of heat source,there are fuel heating furnace and induction heating furnace.According to the fuel,there are natural gas furnace and coal gas heating furnace.
And these pusher-type heating furnace,walking beam furnace and roller hearth heating furnace belong to continuous heating furnace.

Billet black print small is for getting the rolling of high precision thickness, width, and cross-section size.
Furnace's length is short..
Eliminate the scratch of sliding rail, high product quality.
Furnace's sealing, safety and thermal efficiency are high.
When stop rolling the billet will be out, without iron oxide damage of staying in high temperature furnace
Billet replacement is simple.
Bonded steel and arch steel will not happen, the length of furnace can be designed for longer.
