Flotation machine (also called flotation separator) is applicable for the separation of nonferrous metal, ferrous metal and nonmetal, such as fluorite and talc. Compared with flotation cells, its uniqueness lies in big size, lower power loss and light wear and tear of the impeller. Flotation machine is commonly used ore flotation equipment in the ore dressing plants and plays a crucial role in the fast development of mining industry in China. Flotation machine provides a process for separating minerals from gangue by taking advantage of differences in their hydrophobicity. It's widely used in copper, lead, zinc, nickel and molybdenum-bearing minerals upgrading. The flotation machine is one of the most widely used mechanically-agitated type.
The flotation separation process of Gold Ore Flotation Machine/High Quality Flotation Machine: first, feed the pulp into the flotation plant, add medicament fully stir. When mixing, use air to make the particles attaching themselves to air bubbles. Bubble floating on the surface is scraped out, so as to achieve the objective of separating particles and impurities. In the process of flotation separation, the ups and downs of minerals almost have nothing to do with the mineral density. All those minerals that have high affinity with water or easy to be wet are hard to attach to the bubbles and float upwards, while those have small affinity with water or hard to be wet are easy to float upwards. Like other ore dressing methods, the flotation separation needs to do a good job in selecting the materials before separating, namely the ore needs to be ground and classified so as to achieve the suitable concentration and fineness for the separating at first.
