Flotation Principle of Mix Type Flotation Machine/Mini Flotation Machine:

On the one hand, it can make the machine inhaled plenty of air, and the air and pulp are mixed together. In the flotation process, the trends of mineral can be related to the flotability of mineral and affinity of water. The mineral which has big water affinity and is easy to be wetted by water, is difficult to adhere on the bubbles, this is called difficult floated. Rather, the material with small water affinity is not easy be wetted water, also is easy to adhere, this is called easy flotation.
Certainly, flotation is the same with other mineral processing methods, we must do the material preparation well, namely the grinding grade of mineral, it is suitable for the concentration andfineness of the flotation.
