Flotation Principle of Mix Type Flotation Machine/Mini Flotation Machine:
The the v-belt of motor drive can drive impeller of Mix Type Flotation Machine/Mini Flotation Machine to spinning, then it can produce centrifugation and form negative pressure. On the one hand, it can make the machine inhaled plenty of air, and the air and pulp are mixed together. On the other hand, it can stir the pulp, and make the drug mix with the pulp, at the same time, it can refine bubble to make mineral bond on the foam, and then mixture can form the mineralization bubble. The flotation machine can adjust the disc height to control liquid surface, the useful bubble was blow out by scraper. In the flotation process, the trends of mineral can be related to the flotability of mineral and affinity of water. The mineral which has big water affinity and is easy to be wetted by water, is difficult to adhere on the bubbles, this is called difficult floated. Rather, the material with small water affinity is not easy be wetted water, also is easy to adhere, this is called easy flotation.
Certainly, flotation is the same with other mineral processing methods, we must do the material preparation well, namely the grinding grade of mineral, it is suitable for the concentration andfineness of the flotation. In addition, the flotation also has the following basic work:(1), adjustment of pulp and flotation reagents; (2), mixing and caused a lot of bubbles; (3) the mineralization of bubble.
