Mini Impact Crusher/Impact Crushing Plant

1. when impact crusher’s rotor is in operation, adjustment clearance of rotor and impact plate’s gap cannot be adjusted.
2. inspect the abrasion of main parts such as board hammer, back plate, and lining board every week, and combine the maintenance cycle to establish a system for regular maintenance and replacement.
3. after the new machine is in operation, every time when finishing the work, operators should conduct a comprehensive inspection. About two weeks after the operation, impact crusher needs to have a comprehensive inspection once a month. Motor and lubrication of the equipment should have a comprehensive inspection once a week.
