2. inspect the abrasion of main parts such as board hammer, back plate, and lining board every week, and combine the maintenance cycle to establish a system for regular maintenance and replacement.
3. after the new machine is in operation, every time when finishing the work, operators should conduct a comprehensive inspection. About two weeks after the operation, impact crusher needs to have a comprehensive inspection once a month. Motor and lubrication of the equipment should have a comprehensive inspection once a week.
