As evidence shows that, this behavior is quite fruitful. The advantages of using cement mortar to take place of zinc alloy are time and labor saving as well as low cost.

As to technologies for making the cement mortar, they have four points as followings. At first, you should clear the oil dust and other foreign matters on surfaces of adjusting ring or iron liner. Then, you should fasten the iron liner. Foreign matters or sands with size higher than 5mm in fine sands should all be removed.

For about 90% fine sands, their size should be smaller than 2mm. You can inject the cement mortars into the distance between adjusting ring and rolling wall and fully tamp them. Meanwhile, you should use the hammer to evenly hit the sides of iron liner and make tamped mortars fully be filled.

In general, you can use the cement mortars as packing materials after making them for about 15 days. While, in Winter, you can prolong the 15 days to 20 days due to the low temperature.After all the above improvements,spring cone crusherwill be much greater in working efficiency.
