To build the stone crushing plant, you should pay a site visit to the working site. The installation of stone crushing plant should be as near as possible to the working site. Since cost for buying and installing the stone crushing plant is very high, you should save the cost for transportation.

As to the work for making sand, it includes three parts, respectively coarse crushing, secondary crushing and tertiary crushing.Granite ores, with size smaller than 800mm, are delivered to the feeding mouth of jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder. As to the granite ores with size smaller than 150mm, they are directly delivered to the coarse pile through belt feeder.

While, for granite ores with size larger than 150mm, they are firstly crushed by thejaw crusher machineand then delivered to the coarse pile.For mechanical sands with size smaller than 31.5mm, they can be directly screened out through the vibrating screen. While, for sands with size larger than 31.5mm, they are delivered into the impact crusher for secondary crushing, then into the VSI crusher for tertiary crushing.

After being screened by the circular vibrating screen, sand products can be screened out with sizes of 0-5mm, 5-13mm and 13-31.5mm.Machine used for coarse crushing is jaw crusher. Crushers used for secondary crushing are impact crusher andVSI crusher. If you use 3 crushers and several screens together, production of qualified sands will be not problems.

For sand aggregates with three different sizes, they can be delivered to 3 round-shaped storage silos with capacity about 2500t through belt conveyors.Discounts for you on website!
