Fote High Pressure Coal Briquetting Machine
Coal briquette machine is used for extruding coal and charcoal sticks. During the manufacture process, the coal and charcoal powder was extruded by high pressure, so the final products have a strong density. Coal and charcoal powder was carried forward by variable pitch blade, then formed into all kinds of shape rods through the moulds. This process improves the calorific value of coal, so the stick has higher economic benefit than coal. Requirement on Coal Briquette Plant Raw Material
1.Size of raw material: according to some requirement;
2. There shouldn’t be any metallic material in the raw material to avoid damaging the surface of rollers;
3. Sufficient supply of raw material to make perfect and good-looking briquette;
4. The moisture of material should be in some extent.
