Belt Pulley
Belt pulleyas a key component of the conveyor equipment, it should have high reliability. We use heavy-duty pulley(cast & welding structure), it (including welding points) will be designed to ensure the transfering has more than 109 times fatigue strength, while all the shafts are through shafts, under the maximum load conditions, the deflection between shaft and bearing is less than 1/2500, the design of shaft will also work with the conveyor driving drum bearing performance, we choose the SKF bearings of Sweden.
