Belt Cleaner
The belt cleaner is the secondary cleaner of economic composite material blade. Mainly used for all kinds of conveyor belt cleaning of cold, heat sulfuration joints and mechanical joints.
Features:
● Special PUR rubber composite material blade, low friction coefficient, high mechanical properties;
● Sectionalized PUR blade embedded design, combined installation without screws, easy installation and maintenance;
● High performance elastic buffer compensation mechanism, timely and effective to compensate for blade wear, contact pressure and excellent cleaning effect;
● Reliable adjustable support base, to ensure the blade and the conveyor belt at a right angle, always align with the conveyor belt;
● Reliable limit-spacing mechanism, limit rack flip, to ensure safe use of the cleaner;
● Arc type blade design ensures smooth flow of material scraped;
● Site installation is easy for adjustment, maintenance, and convenient for replacement of scraper;
● Excellent performance ratio can effectively reduce the cost;
● It can be used for oil, corrosion and other environmental conditions, suitable for two-way operation of the conveyor belt;
● Applicable width: 800-2200mm;
● Applicable maximum tape speed: 4.5m / s;
