This series of automatic filling and capping line is a new type of automatic production line developed by our company on the basis of absorbing advanced technology, which is especially suitable for small and medium dose liquid filling and various round caps, pump caps, sprinkler caps, duck beak caps and lock caps of spray guns.The equipment consists of two parts, filling and capping. Filling station is usually filled with peristaltic pump or magnetic pump, which is mainly different from the requirements of liquid materials for equipment, such as liquid materials have a large acidity and alkalinity, peristaltic pump should be used. This set of filling machine operation process is: automatic quantitative filling machine, manual bottle cap, and then to the cap revolving position, machine automatic cap revolving.
