Computer Control Rotary Die Cutter , Carton Box Paperboard Die Cutting Machine
Overview
KMQJ series of rotary die cutter for cutting a variety of corrugated board and all kinds of special-shaped packaging. It has a high efficiency, power saving, safe features, is the third generation of domestic rotary die cutter. The machine is equipped with imported polyurethane felt( anvil cover), its service life of up to 10 million times.the line speed automatic compensation function can ensure that the blanket wear after the mold cut out the normal size of the cardboard, soft roller repair mechanical color can extend the service life of three Times The feeding system uses vacuum system ,increase use speed .
Main configuration :
Paper feed section
1. the fan air volume can be adjusted to meet the requirements of the amount of air supply.
2. the phase using microcomputer control, can be adjusted 360 degrees, fast and accurate.
3. the front blockboard manual adjustment, side of the cardboard computer adjustment
Computer part :
1. the machine adopt frequency control motor.
2. ahead and back control panel concise, easy to operate.
3. whole machine by the light, electricity, airjoint control system
Die cutting unit :
1. wall panels for high-quality steel, wall thickness 50mm , large-scale processing center production.
2. soft roller automatic grinding mechanism to improve the re-use of plastic sets, grinding 3-4 times.
3. linear speed automatic compensation to ensure that each batch of carton die-cutting size exactly the same.
